Photogrammetry and LiDAR can produce 3D models, orthomosaic mapping and volumetric data for land surveys, site analysis, condition records, development planning and construction monitoring. The achievable output depends on the site, access, weather, capture conditions and agreed accuracy requirements.

Thermal imaging can support investigation of heat loss, moisture patterns, concealed pipework problems and solar panel condition. It can also assist with surveys of larger sites and agricultural land. Results are interpreted alongside site observations and other evidence, as temperature differences alone do not prove the cause of a defect.

Aerial surveys provide high-level imagery for inspection, assessment, mapping and reporting. They are particularly useful for roofs, coastal assets, large sites and locations that are difficult or unsafe to reach using conventional access. Work is subject to weather, airspace, permissions and site conditions.

PRS can record work in progress, capture imagery at agreed project stages and provide time-lapse records for longer-term works. The resulting photographs and footage can support project records, reporting and comparison over time.
