Moisture assessment after leaks and water damage
Moisture can remain within walls, ceilings, floors and other materials after a leak or water damage. PRS uses suitable instruments to map accessible areas, record readings and identify where further investigation, drying or monitoring may be required.
Clear moisture survey findings
A moisture survey can support an insurance claim, maintenance planning or investigation of unexplained damp. Reports set out the areas checked, readings obtained, visible conditions and relevant limitations. Readings are location and time specific and do not, on their own, prove the cause or full extent.
