Independent Plumbing Surveys

PRS provides independent plumbing and water system surveys for property owners, insurers, managing agents and professional teams. Surveys consider the condition of accessible plumbing, relevant defects or failures, and the purpose for which the findings are required. The scope is agreed for the individual property, with photographs, readings and a written technical report provided where required.

Survey reporting. Reports set out the areas inspected, relevant observations, evidence, limitations and practical next steps. Where specialist testing or opening up is needed, this is stated clearly.

Clear findings

Confirmed findings are kept separate from assumptions and matters requiring further investigation. The report can support remedial planning, insurance review or further technical assessment.
